Devgad is located just 60 kilometers away from Aurangabad, near the way to Shani Shingnapur. Devgad is famous for its temple dedicated to God Datta. It is built by a great soul Kisangiri Baba on the banks of the river Pravara. Just like Sai Baba of Shirdi, Kisangiri Baba was a great soul who held miraculous powers and used them for the betterment of the living kind.
      The Datta Mandir at Devghad is extremely clean, well developed, lush green and refreshing. It is built using the artistic marble pieces and has golden imposing tops. The idol of Datta in the temple is very lively and peace giving. The moksh giving “Hari-naam” is continuously sung in the temple thus making every hook & corner pious and pure.
